We begin to assemble your information and follow the plan that has been put in place.  We file pleadings, begin negotiations, attend mediation, and move forward in the court process. 

4. Prevail.

You have completed your case through a settlement or final court order and have certainty moving forward.  You are relieved to have your legal issues resolved and find yourself in a better place.
